Artist statement
Angel received an MA at Bath School of Art and Design in 2017 and is an Associate Lecturer on the Creative Arts Practice course. Technological advances and the ever-increasing void created within the human experience have been rich sources of research for Angel. Thinking through ideas around escapism, and a desire to withdraw from this over-stimulated world to a more zen-like philosophy, has informed not only the process but the outcomes of her creative practice.
