Artist statement
Fiona Haines is a Fine Artist MFA (Distinction) specialising in Sculpture, Collage, Poetry, and Photography. Holding an MFA (Distinction), her work explores themes of identity, memory, and transformation. Each medium informs the others, creating a holistic approach to her artistic vision. Exhibited nationally and internationally, including at the Venice Biennale, her art is held in notable collections such as Fidelity International and Oxford Castle. Fiona has been awarded residencies from the British Council (Venice), Hauser & Wirth (California), Porthleven Prize and Oxford University (Wadham). She has performed her poetry in numerous venues including the Theatre Royal, Bath.
