Ieremias Charalampidis’s sculptural ceramics explore the relationship between form, space and human presence. Drawing from nature, history and everyday reality, recognisable forms are transformed into poetic ambiguities. In Ieremias’s MA work, Bath’s chimneys coexist with abstract ceramic forms inspired by Byzantine mosaics, creating a space between objective and metaphysical realities.
