Poppy Maby is an oil painter exploring themes of found objects, time and nature to create playful narratives. Her paintings sit on the cusp between dreamscapes and nightmares, combining the mundane and the unreal to create vivid scenes. The common thread between these surreal worlds is the use of a vibrant palette, and a pervading sense of kitsch.
